Provides employment training, counseling, and placement to hard to employ residents of Chicago's urban-centered communities.

Job coaching
Pre-employment skills training
Family life counseling
Eligibility:
Residents who are 18 years of age and older.
Successful completion of the TABE Reading Comprehension Test at the eighth grade level.
Service Boundaries:
Residents are accepted from the geographical area of Kinzie Avenue (north) to 130th Street (south), and from South Lake Shore Drive (east) to Narragansett Avenue (west)
